Our Favorite Brands
There are so
many different companies making stuffed animals and dolls that
it can be an overwhelming prospect to pick and choose only the
best examples of quality plush toys to offer for sale. We have
learned to spot some of our favorite brands by the color or
texture of the fabric. Sometimes, just a touch of the fur clues
us in that an animal is going to be a quality brand.
Fisher Price
We
particularly like Fisher Price soft animals. Some of our
favorites are
Rumples, which are very floppy, loosely filled,
washable baby toys with wide smiles on their large faces. In
fact our first gift for our very first grandchild was a
sweet Yellow Puffalump Bear.
We also like
Cozies, such as the blue cat at the top of this page, which are
washable animals with bodies made of thermal underwear
type fabric.
Puffalumps
are also very loosely filled, with embroidered features and a
covering that resembles parachute fabric. There are several
Puffalumps soft dolls, as well, called My Very Soft Baby, and
the Puffalump Kids. These dolls have the sweetest expressions on
their soft vinyl faces. And, like all Puffalumps, these soft
dolls are machine washable, which makes them the perfect first
doll for any baby.
