Searching - CARTER'S PASTEL BEARS White BABY BLANKET

My daughter has a very old Carter's blanket that she has had since she was a baby. The blanket originally had blue, pale green and pink bears on a white background. It was cotton with no border.

After many years of love it is gray and has been tied together, so that it now resembles a rope instead of a blanket. She actually had a replacement that was lost at a hotel in Pennsylvania while she was spending the weekend with her dad. I have searched in every 2nd hand store for miles every time I go in and at garage sales.

If you know of anyone that has one, I would love to purchase it for her. She is 9 yrs old now, but still sleeps with her blanket every night.

Searching - Baby GAP BLANKET White Side COW - FARM ANIMALS PRINT & Plain BLUE Side

My 3-year-old son lost his beloved "Blue Cow" blanket almost a year ago. He cried inconsolably for several weeks until I told him that Blue Cow was on vacation. Then he cried only on occasion.

I thought it was the right thing to do at the time, hoping that he would forget about it. Of course, he didn't. He still asks about it, asks to go on vacation so he could find his blanket and ask, "Where were you?" It's really heartbreaking.

The blanket was purchased at Baby Gap in the summer of 2004, months before my boy was born. It is solid light blue on one side and white with a light blue farm animal print (cows, sheep, barn, dog chickens) on the other. If I had to guess, I would say it was approximately 28 inches by 34 inches.

I've searched eBay, posted multiple want ads in multiple states on Craiglist, contacted mothers groups in the Bay Area, and called many Baby Gap outlet stores. I've even contacted the company's managerial officers. Nothing.

Searching - PINK DIAMOND Pattern BABY BLANKET

We are looking for a replacement for "Blankie" which is two washings away from being a pile of lint. Blankie was purchased at a Dollar Tree or Family dollar in 2004 by an aunt. Searching - KOALA Yellow DARLING BABY GIRAFFE Baby Blanket

I am deseprately searching for a duplicate blanket for my son. He can't sleep without it, and has to take it everywhere! I am terrified that he is going to lose it.

This particular blanket was sold at Babies R Us/ Toys R Us in 2005. It has a Koala Baby tag on it. The blanket is yellow with a blue whip stitch around the edges. In one corner is a palm tree and giraffe with the words "Darling Baby".
The size of the blanket is a little larger than a child's receiving blanket.

Any direction you could steer me in would be very welcome and even more appreciated. I've been searching for this particular item for about 6 months!

Searching - Carter's AQUA NURSEY RHYMES BABY BLANKET

This is NOT the blanket she is looking for, but it is similar. Sarah says it looks like it might be an updated version of the one that they lost. The characters were aqua, and the fabric wasn't ribbed.

I bought an old (70s or 80s ?) Carter's blanket at a second-hand sale in 1999. It quickly became my daughter's favorite, and she named it "Grongy". It was a white cotton blanket, with nursery rhyme scenes printed on the front and back in a pale aqua color.

I had written our phone # on it with a black Sharpie. We believe it was lost at a restaurant in November, 2006. My husband even went in the dumpster of the restaurant looking for it, with no luck. Unfortunately, I think it is probably in a landfill by now. I have searched e-bay, and I still look in the lost and found section of the local paper every day!

If anyone has seen this blanket, or knows where I may find one, please let me know! My daughter, now 6, still asks about it. We are all hoping for a miracle!

Searching - TIGGER BLUE BABY BLANKET

I just found your website tonight...

I actually have one of the blankets someone else is looking for (I've already forwarded her email to that parent), so it gave me hope to find my son's favorite blanket!!!

It is a blue blanket with a picture of Tigger on one side of it. It has Tigger printed on it, too. I do not know where it came from, because I got it at my baby shower, and, of course when I went to wash it, I cut the tags off it. I have searched EVERY WHERE for a replacement. His is just ready to fall to shreds...

Searching - Large Handmade BABY BLANKET Lost on Tybee Island, GA

This is NOT the exact blanket Melissa is looking for, but the pattern is close.

I'm searching for a lost blanket rather than a stuffed animal, and it was handmade, so it would be difficult to find a replacement, but I'm hoping your site may help get this blanket returned.

Unfortunately, I don't have a picture of it, but it was a double-layer flannel blanket with a white background and a pattern of brightly colored cars, trucks, boats, etc.


It had blue (sort of royal blue) crocheted edging around all 4 sides. It was larger than a typical baby blanket.

This blanket belonged to my son, who has had it since he was a baby and was 7 years old when it was lost. We left it in our hotel room on Tybee Island, GA, in July, 2006. I called the hotel every day for a week and they never found it, but I'm positive we left it in the room. I also called the cleaning service that cleaned that hotel's linens, but they couldn't find it either (although they did find another blanket, just not ours).

If I had known that the hotel wouldn't look for it, we would have turned around and gone back to retrieve it (I called them within 2 hours of when we checked out), but I assumed that they would return something that was clearly of great sentimental value to a child.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

FOUND a Replacement - Carter's Child of Mine CHENILLE Bold Colors STRIPED BABY BLANKET

Crystle was able to get her son to accept a different blanket as a replacement, so she is no longer looking for this striped blanket.

I am looking for my son's baby blankie!! It is a Child of Mine blanket. We lost it while we were in the Mall at Whitney Field in Leominster, MA.

I checked every store and lost and found and it's gone. If you find it, or know where I can buy a new one and hope he won't notice, please help!!! The blanket is chenille and it is striped, light blue, dark blue, light green, dark red....

I actually called them, and they don't have it. And also I called the manufacturer, and they told me they stop making certain items every six months, and that I won't find it in stores.

I was kind of just hoping maybe I would find one in either a second hand or something like eBay where someone might still be selling one they never used or something. Just to try to make my son happy I bought a Carter's blanket that is made with the same material, hoping he will fall in love with something else...Thanks for your help,

Well, I'm not ready to mark this one FOUND just yet, since she really hasn't found it, only kind of given up. SOMEBODY has one of these blankets they would be glad to give or sell to her!!!
