I read each request, do the initial search, request additional information and photos, and edit most of the photos. Often I do find the lovie, so those requests never show up on this blog. I answer each comment or email that comes in about a posted request, act as a go-between to link people who can help with those who need help, and add new requests as soon as I can. Due to health problems I got way behind posting requests, so now I am trying to stay current with requests and gradually catch up on the older requests.

I can't adequately thank all of you who search for all these lovies I do post about. I get the ball rolling, but YOU are the ones who make this site work!!

FOUND - You're Special CARTER'S WHITE LAMB Wearing GREEN SHIRT

I am looking for a small lamb made by Carter's. My 2 year old son carried it everywhere with him and lost it on vacation. He is doing okay without it, but I would love to be able to replace it for him. He saw a picture of it the other day and has been talking about it ever since. He walks around with the picture (in the picture the lamb is in his Easter basket) telling everyone "I can't get it out of the basket..." It is so sad.

The lamb is white with a light green shirt on it. It has the words "You're Special" embroidered on the front, and there is either a butterfly or a bee as well. It also has a rattle in it. It is probably 8 or 9 inches long.

I found it yesterday while looking for something else on eBay. That happens quite frequently, and is the main reason I try to get as many photos of these lost lovies as possible.

My son has the same lamb lovey. I bought it at Target when he was born, except that it says "my first lamb" on the green shirt.

Good luck finding a replacement.
