I read each request, do the initial search, request additional information and photos, and edit most of the photos. Often I do find the lovie, so those requests never show up on this blog. I answer each comment or email that comes in about a posted request, act as a go-between to link people who can help with those who need help, and add new requests as soon as I can. Due to health problems I got way behind posting requests, so now I am trying to stay current with requests and gradually catch up on the older requests.

I can't adequately thank all of you who search for all these lovies I do post about. I get the ball rolling, but YOU are the ones who make this site work!!

Searching - Sugar Loaf WOLFIE Big Blue Eyed Brown Puppy Dog

My son, who was 2 in November, lost his most treasured friend. My husband won a dark brown dog/wolf with blue eyes back in Jan 2006 (we believe) & it since has been our son's favorite. He calls him Wolfie. He looks like a dog & wolf. He's really adorable. We have searched & searched for another one like him. We even put 2 lost ads in the papers in hopes someone found him.

We lost him not long ago, and my son has not stopped looking for him. He has been having a hard time falling asleep at night without his doggie. We have a lot of other stuffed animals, and it just doesn't do it for him.

Nicole did go to Susan's Sew-Nique and had a copy of Wolfie made from the photo, but she is hoping to find another one, as a backup.
