Are YOU searching for a lost toy?

Check Our Own Plush Animals & Soft Dolls CATALOG, or CONTACT US

Maybe we've already FOUND one just like one you need. See what people are SEARCHING for. If you have one of these toys, or know where they can get one, please help these families out!

I read each request, do the initial search, request additional information and photos, and edit most of the photos. Often I do find the lovie, so those requests never show up on this blog. I answer each comment or email that comes in about a posted request, act as a go-between to link people who can help with those who need help, and add new requests as soon as I can. Due to health problems I got way behind posting requests, so now I am trying to stay current with requests and gradually catch up on the older requests.

I can't adequately thank all of you who search for all these lovies I do post about. I get the ball rolling, but YOU are the ones who make this site work!!

FOUND - BINGO a Very Special Request PLEASE READ

We have been searching for Bingo Look-alikes every time we went on our toy hunts, and we managed to find 3 very similar puppy dogs. Melissa was nice enough to send me a photo of her children each holding the doggy they have each chosen as their own Bingo. I have chosen not to put their photos on this post, but I really appreciate her sending them to us.

This was a very unusual request for our blog, as we normally are trying to find lovies under much different circumstances. We are honored to have been able to help this grieving family.

Bingo brown puppy dog

Our four year old son drowned last summer and he had a favorite puppy named BINGO. I have found one on Ebay and purchased it, so we can send it to a memorial company to have a statue made. But three of our other children want replica's of Bingo for themselves. I am unable to let them keep Joshua's real Bingo.

Therefore, I am searching for a stuffed puppy that is approx. 12 inches long and was purchased at a Wal-mart store in 2001. The tag reads "Marketed by Wal-Mart Stores Inc." and has the # "PA-7575(KR)" on the bottom of it. The puppy comes in different colors, ie. brown, grey,... and has a leopard print collar. I don't care what color we can find, I would just like to purchase three more BINGO's.

Thank you for your help.
Melissa Bissell

I have photo's of the real Bingo.

Melissa, I found a site that lets you search ALL the craigslist pages at once. It's a little tricky to get it to work, you have to follow the instructions at the top of page, but it does in fact work and could help you find Bingo's brothers!

It will take a while because on CL people tend to list plush in groups and you have to click each listing to see the pictures, but it's worth a look. Good luck, and god bless!

Thought I would update everyone on what is happening with this search. We received an email a few days ago from one of our readers whose child's preschool had an almost identical dog. I have contacted Melissa, and put the two of them in contact with each other. I'm looking forward to hearing how it has all turned out.

But even if Melissa gets this dog, she still has two more family members who really want to have one as a keepsake of Joshua.

So please keep looking!!

Bingo looks very familiar to me; I'll keep my eye out for the pup. I can remember my granddaughter having one very similar, without the eye patch. I'll keep looking!

That would be great, Marion. This was a Wal-Mart dog, so it's not like it was rare or real expensive. I have been surprised that it has been so hard to find.

Any word on the search? My son (5)lost exactly the same dog but the grey version a little over a year ago. He has been devastated. He even wrote to Santa to ask for it back. It is extremely hard to find and Walmart has been no help.

I have no way of contacting Andrea, but there is one on eBay right now that looks like the one she wants!!

Search for 130012299974 . This is a perfect example of why I am trying so hard to get everyone to give me a permanent email address!

We've been actively searching for BINGO look-alikes on our Friday Date Day, and we mailed 3 very similar puppy dogs to her recently. I'm not sure if she needs any more or not.
