I read each request, do the initial search, request additional information and photos, and edit most of the photos. Often I do find the lovie, so those requests never show up on this blog. I answer each comment or email that comes in about a posted request, act as a go-between to link people who can help with those who need help, and add new requests as soon as I can. Due to health problems I got way behind posting requests, so now I am trying to stay current with requests and gradually catch up on the older requests.

I can't adequately thank all of you who search for all these lovies I do post about. I get the ball rolling, but YOU are the ones who make this site work!!

Searching - Elly the Elephant - Similar to a Puffalump

This is Elly, and she belongs to a grieving little girl named Alexa.

Elly 1990's Puffalump type ElephantSorry, I don't know what company made her, but she was bought in the early or mid 90's and was passed down to Alexa. The surface is like the Puffalump animals, and she is filled with fiber filling. Elly is washable.

She is a shrimp color, but some people may call it a light pink. Her eyes are embroidered.

Her body is blue, and the bottom of her feet and the inside of her ears are a blue floral cotton material.
